Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following are the essential duties and responsibilities of a National Accounts Project Administrator.
Other duties may be assigned.

Assist with preparing and formatting proposals, contracts, work orders, and other project documentation.

Coordinate and schedule meetings for vendors, clients, and internal teams; prepare and distribute meeting notes.

Support Account Representatives with proposal and RFP preparation.
*
Maintain organized project files, communication charts, and status reports.
*
Update project information in Great Plains or other internal systems, including tracking costs, hours, and deliverables.
*
Assist in monitoring project progress and alert Project Coordinator or management to potential delays or issues.
*
Ensure all field reports and documentation are received, reviewed for accuracy, and filed appropriately.
*
Help track and log change orders, client requests, and other project modifications.
*
Provide timely and accurate communication updates to internal teams and clients as directed.
*
Support customer service efforts by documenting concerns and preparing draft responses for review.
*
Research and gather information to support project requirements and operational improvements.
*
Assist with project close-out activities, including collecting required documentation and preparing completion certificates.
